Late Arrival / Cancellation / Missed Appointment Policy

At Nails 4 U, we pride ourselves in offering you personalized care and reserve appointment times to accommodate your needs.

Late Arrivals:

PLease arrive 10 minutes before appointment time. If will be asked to wait for the next avaibility due to the Late Arrival Policy. When a client arrives late, the time spent with the client is minimized and does not allow for a best and full service.

Last Minute Cancellations and Missed Appointments:

We do require a 2-hour notice on all cancellations. As a courtesy to our patients, we try to confirm all appointments. We do recognize that situations arise that are out of your control; However, it is imperative that you contact our salon immediately to notify us of your cancellation in a timely manner. Appointments cancelled will not be charged for a fee. Please understand that we will try our best and we are committed to offering you the best servie and care when you need it.
